Presidential Hopeful Ted Cruz Is A Lifelong Videogame Fan

In an interview with The Daily Beast, Texas Senator and U.S. 2016 presidential hopeful Ted Cruz has admitted he has a longstanding affection for videogames. The Republican said his current favorites are Plants vs. Zombies and The Creeps, along with the mobile game Candy Crush.

During the interview, Cruz, 44, dated his fondness for videogames back to his early childhood, when coin-op classics like Galaga, Space Invaders and Centipede filled arcades. He often played console games in college.

Presently, Cruz admits to not owning a console due to "time management" concerns.
