University Health Center at Point Park University in Pittsburgh has installed a second "Wellness On-the-Go" vending machine on campus to provide students and faculty with easier access to low cost or no cost health items, according to a news release from Point Park University.
"I am so excited to have both of them up and running and fully functional," University Health Center Nurse Rebecca Harper said in the release. "This gives easier access to students [in] Thayer and Lawrence hall."
The vending machines were made possible by a grant from the Jewish Healthcare Foundation. The grant is to purchase and maintain vending equipment and to provide pregnancy tests at no cost to individuals.
