The Pinball Hall of Fame in Las Vegas could be one of the more accessible attractions to guests of Dream, a $550 million, 531-room casino-resort slated to open in early 2025, although it wasn't by design.

The pinball museum encroaches on Dream's property due to a "likely" surveying error by a contractor, according to a Las Vegas Review Journal article. A lawsuit filed last fall called the encroachment an "unlawful occupation" of Dream's property, but the issue has been settled.

Bill Shopoff, founder of Shopoff Realty Investments, which owns Dream in partnership with Countour, called the arcade owners "innocent bystanders" in the legal dispute.
