LONDON -- Photo-Me International said that its finance director has retired, but will remain a nonexecutive director of the firm, which is the world's largest operator of automatic picture machines. Françoise Coutaz-Replan is stepping down, but is expected to run for reelection as a nonexecutive at Photo-Me's next annual general meeting.

Gabriel Pirona will replace Coutaz-Replan as finance director on an interim basis, but will not join the board. Pirona will benefit from the continued availability of Coutaz-Replan in a supportive handover role, the photobooth company said.

"I would like to thank Françoise for her contribution to the company's success, and am delighted that she will continue as a nonexecutive director," said Photo-Me chairman John Lewis.

Photo-Me reportedly operates photobooths, kiddie rides and other vending equipment in 43,000 locations in 15 countries.
