Performance Food Group promotes Scott McPherson to oversee foodservice segment

Performance Food Group, which owns Vistar Corp., the nationwide vending product warehouse distributor, has promoted Scott McPherson from executive vice president, president and CEO of PFG's convenience business to executive vice president and chief field operations officer, effective Jan. 1, 2024, according to a press release.

In this new role, McPherson will add the responsibility of leading PFG's foodservice business segment, in addition to his current responsibilities overseeing PFG's Vistar and convenience businesses. He will continue to report to Craig Hoskins, PFG's president and chief operating officer.
