Performance Food Group Announces Pricing Of Secondary Offering Of Common Stock

RICHMOND, VA -- Performance Food Group Co., parent of vend product distributor Vistar, announced the pricing of the underwritten secondary offering by certain of its stockholders, including affiliates of the Blackstone Group L.P., of 10,000,000 shares of the firm's common stock of the company at a public offering price of $22.85 a share.

The offering is expected to close on Jan. 13, subject to customary closing conditions. The selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering. The company did not offer any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares.
