Performance Food Group aligns convenience business under Core-Mark brand

Performance Food Group Co., which owns Vistar, a national convenience services wholesale distributor, has aligned its convenience business under the Core-Mark brand, according to a press release.

Now operating as Core-Mark, the convenience business of PFG services more than 50,000 customers through 39 distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada.

PFG acquired Core-Mark last year.

"The Core-Mark integration continues to go well, and we believe that combining our convenience companies under the powerful Core-Mark brand positions PFG for future success," Craig Hoskins, president and chief operating officer, said in the press release.
