PepsiCo Inc. said it expects to raise prices again early next year on account of supply-chain challenges including a Gatorade can and bottle shortage and a lack of truck drivers, according to a Reuters report.
Hugh Johnston, CFO, said the company had to scramble to overcome a Gatorade can and bottle shortage in recent months as demand increased at theaters and restaurants after pandemic-induced restrictions lifted.
The company has already raised prices of snacks and sodas on account of higher raw material prices.
