PepsiCo to build Denver fulfillment center

PepsiCo Inc. and its affiliate, Bottling Group LLC, plan to purchase a 148-acre site in Denver from Westside Investment Partners to build a bottling facility, according to documents submitted to the city of Denver.

The site is located at 6972 North Argonne Street & 19300 East 72nd Ave., according to a milehighcre.com report.

The company plans to build a roughly 1.1 million square-foot building for beverage manufacturing and warehousing, with a possible second phase to build a 150,000 to 250,000-square-foot fulfillment center.
