PepsiCo annual meeting May 6 to be virtual only

PepsiCo, Inc. announced today that the format of the 2020 annual shareholders meeting has been changed to a virtual-only meeting, due to continued public health precautions regarding in-person gatherings given the coronavirus pandemic and to support the health and well-being of PepsiCo's shareholders, employees and communities, according to a press release. As previously announced, the annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Shareholders will not be able to attend the annual meeting physically. The virtual meeting and live audio webcast can be accessed at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/PEP2020.
