Pepsi Bottling Ventures to relocate South Carolina distribution center, add 27 jobs

Pepsi Bottling Ventures, the largest privately held PepsiCo bottler in North America, will relocate its Conway, South Carolina distribution center to the Palmetto Coast Industrial Park under construction near North Myrtle Beach, according to a report in The Post and Courier.

The company, which has 19 facilities in the Carolinas, Virginia Delaware and Maryland, is the first tenant for the 720,000-square-foot, four-building industrial park.

The $15 million project, to be completed by the end of the year, will create a 164,850-square-foot, distribution warehouse and create 27 jobs for the company, according to a press release.
