Pepsi Bottling Ventures promotes Derek Hill to president/CEO

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC, a joint venture of Suntory Group and PepsiCo Inc., has promoted Derek Hill from chief financial officer to president and chief executive officer, according to a press release. The announcement follows the retirement of Paul Finney, who served as president and CEO from 2012 to 2021.

Hill has spent his 30-year career in the Pepsi system. He joined PBV in 2000 as vice president of corporate planning before assuming the role of chief financial officer in 2008.
