Pepsi Bottling Ventures acquires North Carolina bottler

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC has acquired Pepsi-Cola Roxboro, the franchise bottler based in Roxboro, North Carolina, for an undisclosed sum, according to a report in The Ritz Herald.

The acquisition extends PBV's sales and distribution territory to Caswell, Person, Granville and Orange counties.
