Pennsylvania vending startup wins pitch competition

Josue Osorto, who launched Bespoke Vending in September, won the $6,000 grand prize in a pitch competition sponsored by of M&T Bank's Capital Region Multicultural Small Business Lab, according to a pennlive.com report.

The pitch competition launched May in partnership with the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.

Osorto, 34, a former hospitality industry worker from Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, will use the money to buy vending machines and launch a website.

Nearly 40 entrepreneurs participated in the 2023 Multicultural Small Business Lab.
