Pecan pie vending machine still going strong after 17 years

The pecan pie vending machine at Berdoll Pecan Candy and Gift Company in Cedar Creek, Texas, is still pretty popular.

The pie machine, reportedly the only pecan pie machine in the world, is open 24/7 and restocked daily with homemade full-size pies, according to a MySanAntonio report.

It's hard to miss the Berdoll store location given a 14-foot-tall squirrel statue. The refrigerated vending machine was installed 17 years ago to fulfill pie orders, according to the news report.

The top seller are pecan pies, but the machine also offers classic and chocolate pecan pies as well as snack bags of a variety of pecans at any time day or night.
