The "Fund $5 with Masterpass and Get $5 Offer" is available to all PayRange operators and users in the U.S.  Each PayRange customers can load up their PayRange account three times, for a total $15 of added free credit they can spend in vending machines equipped with PayRange's payment system.

PayRange and Mastercard first teamed up in 2017 to send out exclusive invites to users with special Masterpass offers.
