Parlevel Pay reader, vending machine credit card readerSAN ANTONIO, TX -- Parlevel Pay will enable operators to equip their vending machines to accept a variety of payment options. Parlevel Systems previewed its cashless payment platform at the National Automatic Merchandising Association's OneShow in Chicago in April. It accepts credit, debit, campus and loyalty cards, customer "wallets" and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Android Pay at vending machines and micromarkets.

Supported by Parlevel Systems' vending management system, the payment platform gives operators access to analysis of their cashless payments. Users can drill down into the effect the cashless option is having on their businesses, and thus make informed operational decisions to optimize results.

"As the workforce in America gets younger, it is apparent to vending operators that they need to allow many different types of payments in order to satisfy evolving customer needs," said Parlevel chief commercial officer Alan Munson.

Purchases made with Parlevel Pay are deposited daily into the operator's account. Its secure gateways and daily processing ensure safety and reliability, the company said. A simple reporting system provides access to transaction history, financial statements and deposit history.

Also new from Parlevel is a financing program. Parlevel Capital is designed to help vending operators invest in equipment and technology to grow their operations without heavy initial costs. It offers equipment with no money down and at an affordable flat monthly rate. Credit is available for telemeters, cashless devices, phones, tablets, micromarket kiosks, coolers and OCS equipment, among other capital products.

"The close interactions we have with our customers show us how vital it is for a vending business to have cash available," said Parlevel chief executive Luis Gonzalez. "Big, upfront payments can make it very difficult for operators to invest in new technology, win accounts and grow their operations. Our success depends on the success of our customers and we want vending operators to grow, thrive, and provide a great service to their customers."
