SAN ANTONIO -- New from Parlevel is the Stock vending, micromarket and OCS app. It syncs up with its vending management system to help drivers view routes, fill machines and mark product waste all using their mobile phones.

In turn, this helps operators follow along with their drivers, enhance their overall service quality, and take control of their businesses.

Stock lets drivers view their daily routes, service machines, adjust inventory, create service tickets, and much more – all from the convenience of their mobile device.

Parlevel's vending management system uses remote machine monitoring to let operators see what is happening in their machines at all times. Machine inventory, product sales, breakdowns and more are automatically sent to the VMS so operators can better plan routes, streamline inventories and better merchandise their machines.

Stock ties into Parlevel's VMS, but is optimized for mobile operations to help drivers service their routes more efficiently and faster than ever. Everything drivers do on their route is guided and recorded by Stock, so Operators can monitor them and keep them accountable.

Once the operator plans his or her routes for the day using Parlevel's VMS, the driver's route will seamlessly sync to his or her phone. The driver can view each stop for the day on their own mobile device and know exactly what products to stock. Plus, the app will calculate the fastest route to take to each location.

Once the driver finishes servicing a machine, the operator knows immediately and can track the route progress as it happens. If there is something wrong with the machine, the driver can immediately create a service ticket from the Stock app – which alerts a technician immediately. Expired, damaged or refunded products can be recorded on Stock and immediately synced up to the VMS.

Stock is currently available on iOS and is coming soon to Android.
