Pace-O-Matic names Goldean president, COO

Pace-O-Matic Inc., a developer of legally compliant skill-based video games, has named Paul Goldean president and COO, one of several management changes, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Pace-O-Matic, Goldean served as chief executive officer and director for Scottish Re Group Limited, founder and CEO of Redline Le, LLC and managing director of global insurance services for FTI Consulting, Inc.

In addition, Dan Jones has been named CFO, while Danny Warren has transitioned from CFO to a consultant working with executive management, and Lee Wesson will continue serving as a consultant.
