BELLEVUE, WA -- In late January, Outerwall Inc. chief executive J. Scott Di Valerio stepped down and resigned from the board after less than two years in the top post. Additionally, James Pinckney, who is the company's chief strategy, sales and service officer, is leaving the company in March.
Outerwall board member Nora M. Denzel is serving as interim chief executive. She's been a board member since 2013, and previously held management positions at Intuit from 2008 to 2012.
Valerio had been Outerwall's chief executive since April 2013, after serving as chief financial officer since 2010. He represented the company at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January. | SEE STORY
