The Ohio Lottery Commission this week published proposed rules restricting bars and restaurants to two sports-betting kiosks, which drew criticism from bar owners, according to a wcpo.com report.
Kevin Olthaus, co-proprietor at Scoreboard Sports Bar in Miami Township, said he is not happy with the rule, adding that his customers could support up to five betting kiosks.
The lottery commission is taking public comments on them until April 28 prior to final adoption.
