The Ohio Department of Health has amended its "Safe Dine" order to allow foodservice establishments to permit the use of pinball machines, video games and arcade games, according to an amended order posted on Instagram.

The amended order for restaurants, bars, banquet and catering facilities from Amy Acton, director of the department, was posted on Instagram by Shaffer Distributing. The establishments are required to follow social distancing and sanitation guidelines.

The Ohio Coin Machine Association previously sued the department over restrictions prohibiting people from using the machines on account of the coronavirus pandemic.
