Novelty Vending Global, an Australian company, is offering 500 free toy vending attractions to eligible venues in Australia, according to a press release. The initiative is aimed at providing a hands-on, family-friendly activity as an alternative to screen time for children.

The company will provide the machines free of charge to venues with consistent weekly foot traffic in or near city centers. Under a revenue-sharing model, NVG will handle all installation, maintenance and stocking of the machines, which will feature licensed toys from major brands like Mattel and Caterpillar.

"This initiative is all about giving kids more playful moments off screens in real-world settings," Cameron Shakespeare, founder of Novelty Vending Global, said in the release. "With 250+ machines already bringing joy across Australia and New Zealand, now's our chance to do it bigger and better — with zero cost to venue operators."

NVG is an established operator in Australia and New Zealand, with a growing presence in the United States. Once the 500 units are allocated, no more will be available under this offer.
