North Carolina farm installs bulk corn vending machine

A farmer in Creeksville, North Carolina, has installed a bulk corn dispensing vending machine in nearby Jackson that allows customers to buy up to 20 pounds of corn, according to a report in The Daily Herald.

The NOCO Deer Corn kiosk consists of a large metallic tube that holds the corn and a dispensing and payment mechanism.

The farmer, Donny Lassiter, said $3 will cover just over 20 pounds of corn.

The machine, open 24/7 and accepting cash and credit cards, was provided by Maize Kraize.

Maize Kraize machines have been installed by farms throughout the country, according to the company website.
