Vending machines in one North Carolina county have fallen victim to the Coca-Cola Co.'s stand on Georgia's election law, according to a wsii12.com report.

Surry County has banned Coca-Cola Co. vending machines in its office buildings.

Eddie Harris, Surry County's longest-serving commissioner, said he hopes the move is a way to speak out against what he called left wing politics and will spread across the state.
