Nestle to test vegan Kit Kat

Vegan Kit Kat anyone?

Nestle on Monday said such a product, called KitKat V, will be available on a test basis in the U.K. and other unnamed countries this year, according to a newser.com report.

The company did not comment on whether the product will be available in the U.S., where Kit Kat is made under a licensing agreement with Hershey Co.

Nestle did not release information on the formula for the product.
