Nestle SA to invest $100M in Colombia

Nestle SA will invest $100 million over the next three years in its operations in Colombia, President Gustavo Petro said Friday, according to a Reuters report.

The investment will expand on $13 million already spent, with new funds to focus on updating technology and building production capacity.

Laurent Freixe, the company's top Latin America executive, said the plan will enable the company to build its product portfolio and align with government priorities like promoting youth employment.
