Nestlé negotiating sale of North American water brands

Nestlé is negotiating with a private equity firm, One Rock Capital, to sell its North American water business for about $4 billion, according to a Reuters report.

Nestlé Waters North America has about 8,000 people at 27 U.S. bottled water facilities. The portfolio includes direct-to-consumer and office beverage delivery service ReadyRefresh, Poland Spring, Deer Park, Ozarka, Ice Mountain, Zephyrhills, Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water and the Pure Life brand.
