Nestle invests $100M in food delivery company

Nestle S.A. has invested $100 million in Wonder Group, a New York City-based food delivery company that also offers kitchen equipment and ingredients to hospitality, foodservice and sports locations, according to a cnbc.com report.

The companies confirmed the deal but declined to reveal transaction details.

Wonder Group also recently agreed to acquire Blue Apron, a meal kit delivery company, for $103 million.
