Nestle acquires biopharmaceutical company

Nestle SA, through its subsidiary, SPN MergerSub, Inc. said it will purchase all of the outstanding common stock of Aimmune Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, for 34.50 per share, according to a press release.

The offer includes approximately 84% of the outstanding shares.
