STAMFORD, CT -- Nestlé Waters North America said it will sell its Tradewinds and Sweet Leaf Tea businesses to private-equity firm Dunn's River Brands.

STAMFORD, CT -- Nestlé Waters North America said it will sell its Tradewinds and Sweet Leaf Tea businesses to private-equity firm Dunn's River Brands. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close before yearend, were not disclosed.

The combined entities will form the new company called The Sweet Leaf Tea Co.

Based in Dallas, DRB is a strategic beverage platform that aims to support a portfolio of next-generation drinks companies.
