Nestle USA Acquires Chameleon Cold-Brew

ARLINGTON, VA -- Nestlé USA is ramping up its presence in the cold-brew space by acquiring Chameleon Cold-Brew .

ARLINGTON, VA -- Nestlé USA is ramping up its presence in the cold-brew space by acquiring Chameleon Cold-Brew. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Chameleon, which was founded in Austin in 2010, makes cold-brew coffee concentrate as well as bottled, ready-to-drink cold-brew beverages. Its products are available at stores nationwide including Whole Foods, Target and Kroger. 

This marks Nestle's second recent coffee acquisition in recent months. In September, it acquired a majority stake in Blue Bottle, which also sells RTD cold-brew coffee.
