Nespresso Professional introduces machine with touchless functionality

Nespresso Professional has introduced the Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine, which completes the Nespresso Momento range single-head and double-head coffee systems, according to a press release.

Programmed with options for touchless functionality, the machine brings a variety of barista-like quality milk-based recipes.

The machine can prepare 12 different milk or coffee recipes including cappuccinos, lattes, espressos, americanos and more by recommending the optimal cup length and fresh milk frothing. The machine can also be programmed to operate with touchless remote control, lock screen or automatic brewing technology.

Nespresso buys 95% of its coffee through its Nespresso AAA Sustainable Quality Program, launched in 2003 in collaboration with The Rainforest Alliance, which includes more than 110,000 coffee farmers in 15 countries.

All coffee capsules are hermetically sealed in aluminum, which allows for capsules to be recycled through the company's recycling program.

The machine is now available directly through Nespresso Professional and will be available through all distribution partners in August.
