NeoPollard interactive extends partnership with NC Education Lottery to boost education funding

The North Carolina Education Lottery has extended its contract with NeoPollard Interactive for the continued management of its online lottery and player loyalty programs, according to a press release. The agreement includes two one-year renewal periods through June 30, 2028, with an option for an additional one-year extension.

The partnership, which began in 2019, has seen significant growth in the Lottery's online play program, with gross gaming revenue doubling over the past two years. The renewed contract will allow NPi to integrate Aristocrat Interactive's Fusion platform, expanding the library of games available to players. Additionally, NPi will enhance its player support services with 24/7 assistance via phone, chat and email.

"This renewal reflects our confidence in NPi's ability to help us grow and innovate with a strong commitment to responsible play."

Since its launch in 2006, the N.C. Education Lottery has raised over $12.4 billion for education programs across the state. In fiscal year 2025, the Lottery generated more than $1 billion for education for the third consecutive year.
