Nebraska will no longer be one of three states in the U.S. that doesn't allow lottery vending machines under a proposed law, according to a klkntv.com report.
State Senator Eliot Bostar of Lincoln, at the urging of the Nebraska Retail Association, introduced LB 1268 to eliminate the prohibition against lottery vending machines.
Users will have to enter a driver's license to ensure they are old enough to purchase the ticket.
