GREENSBORO, NC -- The North Carolina Vending Association has announced that planning is under way for its annual membership meeting. The event will take place at the Grandover Resort here on May 15 and 16.
This year's membership confab will feature an added education session as well as the eagerly anticipated Friday Casino Night and Saturday Grasshoppers baseball game. Details on registration and on the program will be available soon, and members are advised to check their email.
The association urges all industry members who have not yet enrolled in NCVA to do so promptly, and members to make sure their membership status is up to date.
"With your continued support in 2015, NCVA will strive to develop worthwhile benefits to help you continue to prosper in your vending business," the association explained. "We are fortunate have Richard Carlton who has worked extremely hard this past year as our lobbyist; keeping us informed of new legislative activities that pertain to our industry and fighting off tax issues. With your support, NCVA will continue to partner with Richard as he keeps an eye out for legislation that influences our industry."
NCVA also reminds members that this year's Atlantic Coast Exposition, which it sponsors in conjunction with the South Carolina Vending Association and Virginia Automatic Merchandising Association, will be held from Oct. 8 through 10, again at the Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC.
The North Carolina Vending Association has been representing the industry for more than six decades.
