Nayax teams with Tigapo to improve coin-op consumer engagement

Nayax, a cashless payment provider, has partnered with Tigapo, a cloud-based management and monetization system for amusement locations, to expand Nayax's cashless payment and consumer engagement platforms, according to a press release.

Nayax will implement Tigapo's unique, proprietary technology, powered by artificial intelligence and able to predict visitors' actions, into Nayax's payment systems. This will enable coin-operated machines' operators with a state-of-the-art consumer engagement platform and provide location management and real-time business intelligence tools.

Tigapo will leverage Nayax's payment infrastructure, technical support, logistics infrastructure and development resources to improve service for the amusement industry. Tigapo can now offer its customers integration with a range of Nayax's payment and sales-management systems.

"Tigapo's technology can be implemented into these verticals, including kiddie rides, vending machines, ticketing kiosks and photo booths."
