Naxolone machine dispenses 1,200+ doses in 5 months

A glassfront vending machine at Clark Memorial Health in Jeffersonville, Indiana that dispenses naloxone for free has provided more than 1,200 doses of the opioid overdose medication since January, according to a WFPL report.

Overdose Lifeline Inc., a nonprofit that distributes free naxolone in Southern Indiana, and the Indiana division of mental health and addiction provide naxolone vending machines.
