National Vending Day offers social media campaign Thursday

Convenience services operators are encouraged to use the hashtag #VendingDay to share pictures related to the theme, "Imagine what vending can do" as part of National Vending Day on Thursday.

Operators are invited to participate on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn via the hashtag #VendingDay.

The National Automatic Merchandising Association will share on its social media accounts several illustrations by grade school students asked to imagine the future of vending, according to a press release. Created by the Tech Team at Poplar Tree Elementary School in Chantilly, Virginia, students used the online design platform Canva to envision the role of vending for their generation.

NAMA has posted toolkits on the National Vending Day website, https://www.namanow.org/convenience-services/2022-national-vending-day/, with more information about how to take part in the celebration.
