LAS VEGAS -- The National Bulk Vendors Association said it is finalizing its convention and trade show schedule, which will run during the Amusement Expo. This will be the fifth year that NBVA collocates with the larger coin-op amusement show. Once again, the expo's bulk vending exhibits will be conveniently grouped together on the show floor.
The 2015 Amusement Expo will be held Mar. 25 and 26 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in North Hall 1. The exhibit hall will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.
On Tuesday, Mar. 24, NBVA is planning to run a full day of Knowledge Sessions, which be held at expo's headquarters hotel, the Westgate Resort & Casino. Most recently operating as the Las Vegas Hotel (and before that, the Las Vegas Hilton), the Westgate is located next door to the Las Vegas Convention Center.
NBVA will also be participating in the new Industry Gala Reception on Tuesday night at the Westgate. The party kicks off at 5:30 p.m.
An early Wednesday morning general meeting and breakfast for NBVA members is slated from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Mar. 25. The show floor opens at 10 a.m. At the end of the day, NBVA will host its annual banquet from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Westgate.
Amusement Expo is jointly sponsored by the Amusement and Music Operators Association and the American Amusement Machine Association, which have consolidated their separate trade shows.
NBVA, founded in 1950, maintains an office at 1202 E. Maryland Ave., Ste. 1K, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Information on NBVA programs and activities can be had by calling (888) NBVA-USA [828-2872].
