CHICAGO -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association is now accepting nominations for its 2016 vending industry awards. Online nominations can be made through Monday, Feb. 8.
The program, which recognizes individuals whose careers exemplify consistent devotion to the vending business, will climax at the NAMA OneShow, April 13-15, in Chicago, where the awards will be presented. Nominees must be individuals who best exemplify consistent support of the vending, coffee service, micromarket and contract foodservice segments. Candidates must possess a history of service and leadership in their communities and to the industry through active participation with NAMA and state councils.
Last year's honorees were Hershey's Paul Dieffenbach (Person of the Year), Five Star Food Service's Alan T. Recher (Operator of the Year) and Mondelez's Paul Schindelar (Allied Member of the Year). | SEE STORY
