CHICAGO -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association Foundation said its 2016 Industry Census results are now available to both members and non-members. NAMA senior vice-president of government affairs Eric Dell released the findings at the association's recent Coffee Tea and Water Show in Grapevine, TX.

In 2016, the NAMA Foundation commissioned a comprehensive census of the convenience services industry. The goals of the study were to determine current industry size and makeup, track progress since NAMA's 2014 industry census and generate definitive metrics on the industry - for use by both businesses and stakeholders. 

The census is based on qualitative and quantitative research with operators and other key industry participants. It is free to all NAMA members and costs $100 for non-members.
