SAN JOSE, CA -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association's inaugural Executive Forum will take place in San Jose, CA, Feb. 17-19. It will be based at Hotel Valencia Santana Row, with campus visits to Google, Intel, Salesforce and Visa.
NAMA said the forum is designed for c-level executives who drive strategy for their companies. It will focus on trends and opportunities in the areas of consumer markets, innovation and corporate culture.
Key themes will be better understanding consumers and fostering a corporate culture of innovation to meet their needs. Speakers will include Cameron Herold, former chief operating officer of 1-800-GOT-JUNK; Mark Jeffries, communications expert and author; Robert Stephens, founder of the Geek Squad; and Jerry S. Wilson, business and consumer brand expert and consultant.
NAMA president and chief executive Carla Balakgie described the Executive Forum as an exploration of emerging trends in the macro business world, and their importance to the vending industry.
