CHICAGO -- With registration topping 100, the National Automatic Merchandising Association Fly-In 2018 is already up and running.
This year's Fly-In will feature an evening event and networking reception on July 24, followed by a robust schedule of meetings with elected officials on Capitol Hill throughout the day on July 25.
"Join your convenience services colleagues to ensure that the industry's voice is heard on Capitol Hill," said NAMA director of state and federal government affairs Jason Eberstein. "The Fly-In is a once-a-year experience where member companies participate personally in the advocacy process, and network with their peers. It's a win-win and we hope we can count on you to be there alongside us."
Larry Atnip, chair of the NAMA government affairs committee said one of the association's key goals this year is to help define convenience services so that elected officials in Washington understand the breadth and scope of the industry and the dynamic nature of its members' businesses.
"This is critical as we continue to work together with representatives from all levels of government," Atnnip said.
Registration for this event is free for NAMA members and family members and colleagues are invited.
