Moon Cheese offers all natural cheese snacks

Moon Cheese from NutraDried LLC offers an all-natural cheese snack in resalable, 2-ounce single-serve bags that don't require refrigeration, according to a press release. The gluten- and sugar-free product has the moisture sucked out of it to make it shelf-stable.

Varieties include cheddar, Gouda, pepper Jack, cheddar bacon and garlic and Parmesan. 

• Cheddar and Gouda each have 11 grams protein, 1 gram carbs and 170 calories.
• Pepper Jack has 10 grams protein, 2 grams carbs and 170 calories.
• Cheddar bacon has 11 grams protein, 2 grams carbs and 170 calories.
• Garlic Parmesan has 12 grams protein, 2 grams carbs and 160 calories.
