Monster Beverage explores combining with Constellation Brands

Monster Beverage Corp., the energy drinks manufacturer, is exploring a combination with Constellation Brands Inc., which brews Corona, according to a Bloomberg report.

The Coca-Cola Co. is a major shareholder of Monster Beverage, which has a market value of $48 billion.
