Monogram Foods acquires Quality Food Processors

Monogram Foods, a privately-held food manufacturer based in Memphis, Tennessee that has been long active in convenience services, has acquired Quality Food Processers in Denison, Iowa, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

The acquisition, which integrates a former supplier into the Monogram family, will drive Monogram's annual revenue beyond $1 billion.

"This is an important day for our company and one that ensures we continue to grow in the prepared meats space, especially in the bacon category," Karl Schledwitz, Monogram executive chairman and CEO, said in the press release.

Monogram now operates 10 food manufacturing facilities in six states and has more than 3,000 employees.
