DALLAS, TX - Embed reports that its U.S. office has promoted three of its key personnel to positions of greater responsibility within the organization.

Danny Mondragon advances to head of installations; Salena Cigan moves up to head of customer onboarding, a newly created post; and Martin Baugh becomes strategic partnerships manager, also a new position.

Mondragon, who joined Embed eight years ago as an installation technician, has extensive experience in getting new sites up and running. He was promoted to remote installations manager three years ago. In his new role, he will ensure that on-site and remote installations are completed to customers' satisfaction and ready to enhance profits from opening day forward.

Salena Cigan joined Embed a year and a half ago.  As head of onboarding, she will focus on enabling customers to have a seamless, stress-free experience when partnering with Embed. She will manage the entire pre-installation process, from scheduling the job through to shipping the equipment to arranging for customer training.

Martin Baugh has held a variety of roles during his five years' experience at Embed. As strategic partnerships manager, he will  handle the complex requirements of Embed's largest accounts to make sure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
