Missouri town gets a second harm reduction vending machine

The Behavioral Health Group Poplar Bluff Treatment Center will introduce an on-site Narcan vending machine to help opioid addicts, the second such machine in the city, according to a ky3.com report.

The center includes both an outpatient treatment program and an office-based opioid treatment program, while the other machine is at the Butler County Health Department.

Missouri Highlands Healthcare is funding both machines through a state grant.
