Mini Melts taps Christian Fisher as senior VP

Christian Fischer has joined Mini Melts Ice Cream as senior vice president of operations, according to a press release.

He formerly served as vice president of culinary innovations for Chartwells/Compass Group and chief culinary officer for Unidine.

Mini Melts supplies its ice cream to vending machines and retail outlets.
